Frequently asked questions
Who is this Master Class for?
Young leaders who want to accelerate the growth of their career into senior management AND seasoned leaders who wish to continue their climb into regional and national roles or the C-Suite.
What is covered?
Go to the Master Class page and there you’ll find the Lesson Outlines where each of the 15 lessons is described.
How can I purchase the Master Class?
It’s all automated and easy. Just follow the prompts, fill in your credit card information and you’ll get immediate access.
When will Rob’s books be available?
Rob’s three books (Think. Map. Do.; The Operator; Tales Of The PhD) are all available on Amazon. Additionally, an audiobook version of Tales Of The PhD is now available on Amazon and the audiobook of Think. Map. Do. should be available in September.
What is your refund policy?
Apologies, but there are no refunds. Rob’s preference is this: if you are not willing to invest $299 in yourself to learn how to fast track your career – from someone who has both operated a $3+ billion region of a NYSE company and someone who has coached hundreds of young leaders – do NOT order the Master Class, his books nor his one on one coaching. He greatly appreciates your understanding.
How many people did Rob manage?
When he retired from his Regional President role in April of ‘22, his team had ~1,400 associates.
If I attend his in-person seminars in Austin, Beaver Creek or Vail, how long are they and how much do they cost?
The seminars are currently $2,500/person (subject to change without notice) and are all-day events. You’ll typically fly in on a Thursday and begin class the next morning. Most will want to stay an extra few days over the weekend, exploring Austin’s music scene and nightlife (bats, bars, bbq, and cool restaurants) or Colorado’s mountains for hiking, biking or skiing (the restaurants in Beaver Creek and Vail are awesome).
